Shipping Policy

Top Heavy Clothing does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Sorry, due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Rates & Terms

Checks and money orders are shipped AFTER we receive payment. Deliveries may take longer than estimated due to unexpected delays such as weather conditions.

US shipping prices is a table rate based on the total price of your order. Orders are shipped UPS ground. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

UPS standard rates are offered to all Canada orders. International shipments will be charged expedited shipping charges as determined by package weight. Customs precessing may add additional time for delivery. The customer is responsible for all additional costs for international shipments such as customs, tariffs, and taxes.

Sales Taxes

Top Heavy Clothing shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Return / Exchange Policy

All returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn condition. Products may be returned to Top Heavy Clothing for replacement or refund as follows:

Returns to Top Heavy Clothing must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. We are not responsible for lost items. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your Paypal account.

Exchanges to Top Heavy Clothing must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. You are responsible for shipping costs of all items if you want to exchange the size or product. You must include a check for $6.00 to cover additional shipping and handling charges.  If you do not include a $6.00 check, we will consider your exchange a return and credit your Paypal account.

If you were shipped incorrect items and want to return it, return the item(s) to us, we will credit your account for your shipping charges and ship your order to you correctly. We will refund shipping ground charges only. No additional charges are billed to you.

For your safety, all returns should be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges if they do not track back to our address.

NOTE: returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
